Dorit Kadouri
Director of Early Childhood Center
Dorit joins us with over 30 years’ experience in early childhood education with 24 years as a director of a few childhood centers associated with synagogues and some independent schools. Most recently she was the Preschool Director of a synagogue ECC in Florida. She has also held similar positions as the Director of the ECC at Bet Shira in Pinecrest, Florida.
Dorit came to the US from Jerusalem, Israel where she owned a preschool. She is well versed in creating engaging curriculums and programming for preschools as well as managing a large group of teachers. She has led the growth in enrollment at the various schools she has managed over the years.
Anna Payne
ECC Director of Operations
Anna Payne is the ECC Director of Operations, she works closely with the Executive Director, teachers and parents to ensure the day-to-day operations of the school run efficiently and effectively. She strives to maintain our high standards, deliver quality education and the loving care that we provided at our school. Anna has been part of the Early Childhood family for 13 years and holds a bachelors degree in Psychology. She moved to South Florida in 2006 and found Ramat Shalom Beth Israel while searching for the perfect educational foundation for her children, Melia and Kai. She fell in love with our nurturing approach to education and to the dedication to emotional growth.
